order for the processing of personal data provided. The information is not to be considered valid for others
websites that may be consulted via links on the websites in the owner’s domain, which
is not to be considered in any way responsible for third party websites.
This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (Regulation
European Union for the protection of personal data) and is also inspired by the provisions of the Directive
2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, regarding Cookies
as well as the provisions of the Provision of the Data Protection Authority
personal dated 05.08.2014 regarding cookies.

pro tempore. - PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 of
EU Reg. 2016/679, for the following purposes:
– navigation on this website – legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f)) as the basis legal processing;
– any contact request, with the sending of information requested by you – legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter. f) as the legal basis for the processing; to respond to a specific request information via the form on the “contacts” page;
– to respond to specific requests for information sent spontaneously to the address info@evocompositi.com present in the footer of the site. - RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as
responsible (art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under
the authority of the Owner and Manager (art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes above
listed in point 2. Specifically, the data will be communicated to:
-subjects who provide services for the management of the information system used by Evocompositi srl e
of telecommunications networks; -freelance professionals, studios or companies in the context of relationships
assistance and consultancy; – subjects who provide services for the management of the information system
used by Evocompositi srl and telecommunications networks, including email and
website management; -competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions
of public bodies, upon request. The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories carry out the function
as Data Processor, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers

Il trattamento sarà svolto in forma automatizzata e manuale, con modalità e strumenti volti a
garantire la massima sicurezza e riservatezza, ad opera di soggetti di ciò appositamente incaricati.
Nel rispetto di quanto previsto dall’art. 5 comma 1 lett. e) del Reg. UE 2016/679 i dati personali
raccolti verranno conservati in una forma che consenta l’identificazione degli interessati per un arco
di tempo non superiore al conseguimento delle finalità per le quali i dati personali sono trattati. La
conservazione dei dati di natura personale forniti dipende dalla finalità del trattamento:
- navigazione sul presente sito web (si veda la cookies policy nel footer del sito);
- per richiesta di contatto (massimo 1 anno); tempistica determinata sulla base di criteri di cui
l’interessato può avere informazioni scrivendo a evocompositi.privacy@evocompositi.com presso
la sede legale del Titolare.
5. NATURA DEL CONFERIMENTO E RIFIUTO
A parte quanto specificato per i dati di navigazione, l’utente è libero di fornire i dati personali. Il
conferimento dei dati è facoltativo o necessario a seconda della specifica finalità per la quale il dato
viene trattato. Il mancato conferimento dei dati contrassegnati con il simbolo*, comporterà
l’impossibilità di ottenere quanto richiesto o di usufruire dei servizi del titolare del trattamento.
6. I DATI FORNITI SARANNO TRASFERITI FUORI DALL’UNIONE EUROPEA
I dati personali non saranno trasferiti in Paesi Extra SEE.
7. DIRITTI DEGLI INTERESSATI
Lei potrà far valere i propri diritti come espressi dagli artt. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 del

Lei ha il diritto, in qualunque momento, di chiedere al Titolare del trattamento l’accesso ai Suoi dati
personali, la rettifica, la cancellazione degli stessi, la limitazione del trattamento e la portabilità dei
suoi dati, nel caso. Inoltre, ha il diritto di opporsi, in qualsiasi momento, al trattamento dei suoi dati
basato sul consenso e/o sul legittimo interesse. Fatto salvo ogni altro ricorso amministrativo e
giurisdizionale, se ritiene che il trattamento dei dati che la riguardano, violi quanto previsto dal Reg.
UE 2016/679, ai sensi dell’art. 15 lettera f) del succitato Reg. UE 2016/679, Lei ha il diritto di
proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Autorità di
controllo www.garanteprivacy.it).
