RTM Light
The RTM Light process, short for Resin Transfer Molding Light, represents cutting-edge technology in the manufacturing sector.
This innovative technique involves the injection of catalyzed resin into a closed mold containing fiberglass, sandwich materials, and various inserts.
Fase 1
The goal of the process is to achieve a high-quality, robust artifact with superior characteristics that meet customer demands. The procedure begins with the placement of fiberglass into the mold, followed by the injection of catalyzed resin. Once the resin reaches sufficient hardening, the mold can be opened, and the final piece can be easily extracted.

Fase 2
The use of the RTM Light process offers numerous advantages that make it highly competitive in the industrial landscape. One of the main benefits is its low environmental impact. This not only ensures the safety of the operators involved but also makes the RTM Light process environmentally friendly.
Fase 3.
Another crucial aspect is the aesthetic quality of the artifacts achieved through this technology. Thanks to the controlled injection of catalyzed resin into the closed mold, an excellent finish is obtained on both sides of the artifact, without any defects or surface imperfections and with a consistent thickness. This results in a aesthetically pleasing final product.

Fase 4.
Finally, the RTM Light process is particularly well-suited for the production of small to medium-sized batches of artifacts. Thanks to its flexibility and ease of reproduction, it's possible to obtain high-quality pieces in small to moderate quantities, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production.
